Note to Self...
JUST STOP!!!
Sometimes you just have to scream at yourself to stop mindlessly munching.
And why, oh WHY, when I have a house full of fresh fruit, do I chose Sun Chips? These things are too addictive!
Just posted a new video and tomorrow is off to the gym for me! Right now it's horror movie night with the hubby! Gotta go!!

I know those Sun Chips are awful -- but awfully tasty. I try to avoid even having them in the house ... though on a recent trip to Sam's Club, I was tempted to buy a giant box of single-serve bags.
Luckily, when I realized just how many Points one bag has, I re-thought my decision. Bought a box of Fiber One bars instead.
Roni, You're doing great with exercising and eating healthy - don't feel too guilty! If you really want to STOP the "mindless" snacking, don't bring those types of foods into the house. (though I believe that Sun Chips are available in 100 calorie packs) Until you feel more in control, that's probably the best plan. From your food journals, I see that you do like salty/crunchy snacks, so plan ahead with popcorn, homemade baked tortilla chips & salsa, etc. Set a time that you will eat those and then maybe you won't have cravings.
Husband discovered this morning - Whole Wheat Pancake mix - can substitute applesauce for oil and it works just fine.
I am so happy I found your blog through "Katheats." I don't do WW but I am a HUGE proponent of the program and think it is an excellent way of eating. Congrats to you on your weight loss and maintenance! I will be keeping up with you and I KNOW about the whole "STOP" thing! :)
Harvest Cheddar are my favorite. This is exactly why I don't keep the "snacky" type things at my house ~ it keeps me on track so I reach for the fruits or veggies instead.
Hope you had a great horror movie night.
Sunchips are the devil! I have a houseful of fresh fruit too and I just ate the whole thing of grapes. JEEZ!
for me it is ANYTHING, ANYTHING, ANYTHING salty.
