Note to self...

STOP EATING!!!

OMG, I’m in some kind of sugar rush, Easter candy binge and it’s stopping NOW!

Side note: dinner was awesome and SO much fun! Even though I ate too much I still had a blast and everyone loved the yelatin! ;~P

I need to tell myself the same thing. I don't know why I'm eating the kids candy. It really isn't even that good. Tomorrow is a new day!

Yesterday was also my "cheat" day, but I'm super excited to be back on the program today. We can do it!

I don't have any candy at my house, so there's no temptation for me. You do so well, though, that I'm sure you've stopped snacking and are back on plan today.

It's okay. You're ready to get back on the bandwagon of healthy eating and great wisdom.

The yelatin looks beautiful! Can't wait to actually use my Jell-O mold and try it myself! My only question is: how do you keep it from coming apart? My mom makes some kind of Jell-O dessert, and it is always coming apart...

i thought i was doing really well, my first easter without cadbury creme eggs. My inner fattie was dying inside, but really, I was glad I was being strong.

And then my in-laws show up. With mini cadbury creme eggs they brought from ENGLAND. Now how could I resist?

(i did only eat 2 of the minis. they are only 50 calories each!)
