Last Late Monday

It's my last late monday!!! YAY! OMG I'm ecstatic! No more 12 hour days!

On top of that great news I had a GREAT day. For the first time EVER, I started my day with a run. I never exercise in the morning but I knew I wouldn't have time tonight and I really wanted to start the week off right after my overindulgent weekend.

My plan for tomorrow is another great day, a new dinner idea and a trip to the gym!

Now, it's time for bed I'm really trying to get some more sleep. It was/is really starting to affect me. So here's the menu and I'm signing off.

Food
Sensible Portions Multi Grain Mini Crisps
sandwich on whole wheat bread with a Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge, ham, turkey pepperoni, baby spinach, tomato and honey mustard
1 oz mixed nuts
light flavored yogurt
cheese stick
Kashi TLC Chewy Granola Bars
carrot sticks
Soy Crisps
Tortilla Pizza made with leftover grilled asparagus, tomato paste, & mozzarella cheese
94% ff popcorn
Activity
20 minute jog/walk

Isn't it amazing how you feel when you start your day with exercise? I love that feeling! :) I am gonna start my day off tomorrow with exercise...thanks for the reminder!! :-)

I've always read that it is best to do cardio (or runs) in the morning as it jump starts your metabolism for the day. I've always been an early riser anyhow, so mornings work well for me. Glad I found your blog!

Good for you RONI!!! I was wondering something. A couple of months ago you said something about wanting to stop weighing yourself and just see how you're doing by how you feel. Is that working, or do you weigh everyday? Just trying to work on it myself too! Thanks!
