Mini Egg Muffins and a small piece of whole wheat toast with a smear of almond butter and low sugar jelly
Chick-fil-a Southwest salad and 1 nugget
Soy Nuts (FINALLY found them – love ‘em and SO filling!)
Banana
GRILL FEST! Southwestern Turkey Burgers, baked beans, corn on the cob, grilled zucchini
a bit of ice cream with strawberries and Hershey’s Lite Syrup
Activity
45 minute cardio blast class

  1. I so know what you mean. Just LAST week I said when I lose 20 pounds (6 pounds away!), I am getting a bagel loaded with stuff from my favorite place. Your post made me rethink that. I will now reward myself with new clothes – a dress for a party I have. Thanks for this post and helping me redirect my reward/food behavior. It will take a lot more work I am sure, but it will be a big benefit to me and my family.
