Have a question for Roni about diet, exercise, weight loss, motivation, food, or even weight loss blogging? I'm always happy to hear from you and I will do my best to help you and answer your question as soon as possible.

I already get a ton of questions through traditional email so I can't promise how long it will take me. Depending on the question I may just reply to in an email or I'll respond with a post on the site.
