If you are starving after work and the husband asks if you want to go out to dinner, NEVER recommend a new bar and grill that opened up at the mall. You KNOW that bar food is a big weakness of yours.
Next time, follow the plan and cook the nice lean pork loin you defrosted. It would have been so much better for you. Plus you wouldn’t feel like a beached whale right now.
P.S. I wrote that note to myself before calculating my points for the day. To my surprise the day wasn’t a totally disaster. I really thought it was. Just goes to show, never just throw the day away because you think you messed up. Face it, count it and move on. It’s probably not as bad as you think.
